Our Story
NexiScribe brings AI medical documentation and human scribe services together for independent practices. Our focus is practical: helping clinicians with the work of drafting, checking, and posting notes while keeping the treating clinician responsible for the final chart.
We believe human scribes have a place in an AI-assisted practice. Concierge Plus combines AI drafts with pre-charting, audio-to-note human verification, and EHR posting. Classic offers a dedicated human scribe live on visits without AI. Other plans let you choose AI-only drafting, posting support, or additional administrative help.
A useful service has to fit the practice using it. During onboarding, we discuss your specialty, visit volume, note format, EHR access, and coverage hours. A two-week trial gives you a chance to assess note quality, turnaround, corrections, and the day-to-day working relationship.
