    By accessing or using NexiScribe's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

    Description of Service

    NexiScribe provides an AI-powered clinical documentation platform that assists healthcare providers with medical note generation, transcription, and workflow automation. The service is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals and authorized personnel only.

    User Accounts

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

    Acceptable Use

    You agree to use NexiScribe only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable healthcare regulations. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, use it to store non-clinical data, or share your account access with unauthorized individuals.

    Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the NexiScribe platform are owned by NexiScribe and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all clinical documentation generated through the platform.

    Limitation of Liability

    NexiScribe is a documentation assistance tool and does not provide medical advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexiScribe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. All clinical decisions remain the sole responsibility of the treating provider.

    Termination

    Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, we will provide a reasonable period for you to export your data. We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately for material breach of these terms.

    Governing Law

    These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
