Classic is for clinicians who want a human scribe involved throughout the consultation. Your scribe joins or listens to the visit live, documents the encounter, and posts the note using your approved EHR workflow. The treating clinician remains responsible for reviewing and signing the chart.

• Approved EHR access, permissions, and where drafts should be posted.
• Patient consent, the BAA, and your practice's data handling requirements.

Classic or AI with human verification?

Classic uses a dedicated human scribe live on each visit and does not use AI to draft the note. Concierge Plus uses AI drafting followed by a human audio-to-note check and EHR posting. These are different service models: choose based on how you want documentation support to fit your day.

If you also need appointment scheduling, inbox assistance, or referral and prior authorization drafting, discuss Apex. Administrative scope, access, and tasks should be agreed with your practice; clinical decisions stay with your care team.
