NexiScribe combines AI medical documentation with human scribe support for independent outpatient practices. Concierge Plus is designed for clinicians who want help checking and posting AI drafts as well as generating them. Apex combines Concierge’s human EHR posting service with administrative support; it does not include audio-to-note verification.

A draft may omit a detail, mishear a term, or put information in the wrong section. Reviewing the note against the visit audio adds a human check before your own review. It does not make the note error-free or replace your clinical judgment.

How the service works

1. Prepare your workflow. Agree on note templates, pre-charting needs, coverage hours, EHR access, and the delivery schedule during onboarding.
2. Capture and draft. Record the visit through your approved patient consent workflow. NexiScribe drafts a structured clinical note from the conversation.
3. Check against the audio. A trained scribe compares the AI draft with the full visit audio, checks for discrepancies, and prepares the note for your review.
4. Post and approve. The scribe posts the note using the agreed EHR workflow. You review, correct where needed, and sign the final chart.

Choose the right level of support

Full audio-to-note verification is included in Concierge Plus. Concierge provides human EHR posting without this full verification step. CoPilot provides AI drafts that you review and post yourself. If you prefer live human scribing without AI, explore Classic.

What to assess in your two-week trial

Use visits representative of your specialty and normal schedule. Compare the draft and reviewed note, track corrections you still need to make, and check whether the delivery timing works for you. Tell us your EHR and template requirements before starting so access and posting can be confirmed.
